Katherine Anne Hamilton passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at Campbell House on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the age of 74 years. Katherine, beloved wife of John; proud and loving mother of Tom (Bonnie), Sherri Hamilton-Houston (Laurie) and Terri Hamilton (Michael) will be forever cherished by her grandchildren Alicia, Johnny and Ava. Katherine was born in Peterborough to parents the late Ken and Barbara Kemp, she is survived by her sister Nancy Chalmers (late Jim) and will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. Visitation will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home – Creemore Chapel on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at the Holy Trinity Clearview, Duntroon at 11 a.m. on Thursday December 13, 2018. In lieu of flowers donations to the Royal Victoria Regional Health Foundation – Simcoe Muskoka Cancer Program would be appreciated by the family.
