Awards given out to NCPS grads

Graduating students at Nottawasaga and Creemore upheld the tradition of arriving for the ceremony by unusual and stylish means of transportation Wednesday. A number of awards were handed out at the ceremony: Valedictorian – Emily Burger; Creemore Legion Music Award – Aiden Hepburn; French award and Hamilton Bros award for sports – Quinn Boileau; Angus R. McLennan Award for most improved student – JD Lamondin; Purple Hills Arts and Heritage Society awards – Emily Burger (art), Aiden Hepburn (history); Outstanding Achievement Certificates – Emily Burger, Aiden Hepburn, Quinn Boileau; Perry Foundation Awards for the highest marks – Emily Burger and Aiden Hepburn; JM Heslip Award for all-around student – Aiden Hepburn; Ontario Principal’s Council Leadership Award – Quinn Boileau.
