Coe, James Raymond

Died peacefully on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Bay Haven Care Community, Collingwood at the age of 94.  Ray, beloved husband of the late Eleanor.  Loving father of Jim (Cathie), Karen (Carlos Eusebio), Michael, the late Randall and the late Steven.  Cherished grandfather of Michele (John Smeh), Michael (Brittany), Jaxen and Tanner and to great-grandson Sawyer.  Ray is survived by siblings Marie Kidd, Don Coe, Lois Walker and Della Prosser and predeceased by siblings Thelma Lightheart, Beatrice Mumberson, Isabel Gordon, Herb, Harvey and Richard Coe.  He will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews.  Ray was a longtime Maple Leafs and Blue Jays fan, cheering for them to his last day.  He will be missed.  Friends were received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home- Stayner Chapel, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner on Friday, July 5, 2019 from 7 to 9 p.m.  The Funeral Service was held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday at 1 o’clock.  Interment Creemore Union Cemetery.  If desired, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by his family.  To sign his Book of Memories, please visit www.carruthersdavidson.com
