Betty Irene Cox passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Tuesday April 11, 2017 at Campbell House in her 84th year. Betty, loving mother of Peter Cox (Germaine), Doug Cox (Mona), Ted Cox (Brenda) and Elaine (Bill) Plewes will be forever cherished by her 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She is survived by her sisters Susan Lawson (Lorne) and Judy Ovens (Buck) and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Funeral service was held at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel on Monday April 17, 2017. Interment at Creemore Union Cemetery.
