Creemore Children’s Festival, Aug. 5

The Creemore Children’s Festival, the social event of the season for the little ones and their entourages, is taking over the village on Aug. 5.

The main street will be packed with activities, food booths, and a children’s marketplace. There will be facepainting, a bouncy castle, zipline, remote control racing, children’s yoga, train with the firefighters, a junior carpenter contest and much more.

The opening ceremony with Blackdown Military Cadet Band kicks off the main stage lineup at 10 a.m. followed by the Neema Children’s Choir, Clive VanderBurgh, Madison Galloway, Brent & Sarah’s Comedy Magic Show, illusionist Sawyer Bullock, Stunt Ventriloquist Tim Holland, Wasaga Glee Club, Bubbleology, Le Petit Chef and Lofty the Clown, with MC Alex Wyant.
