Creemore school annex sold

The Simcoe County District School Board has confirmed that the Nottawasaga and Creemore Public School annex has sold. 

The Echo cannot yet report who is the new buyer or what will become of the Caroline Street West property.

The sale price is $310,000, less than half of the listing price of $675,000. The deal closes April 8.
