Crooked signs irritate handyman

Let’s talk about the stop signs once again! It still irritates me to think that our town employees don’t have the skill set to install a stop sign plumb.
I’ve been in business 35 years and if I installed a stop sign that wasn’t plumb correctly, Clearview Township Mayor and Council would say that my work is incompetent and would not pay me. Do our employees not really care about the quality of work they do or do they just exist to get a pay cheque? Are we not giving them the proper tools to do the job properly?
