Day of the Dead party raises funds for arts, heritage
Purple Hills Arts & Heritage Society’s Dia de los Muertos fundraising party Oct. 27 raised just over $3,000 for local programming. Organizers transformed the Station on the Green for the Day of the Dead inspired event and many people who attended in elaborate costumes and face paint.
