Drug bust between Stayner and Duntroon

Three men received drug related charges June 18 after a search warrant was executed at a County Road 124 residence.

Police went to the home between Sideroad 21/22 Nottawasaga and County Road 91 just after 8 p.m. and seized an undisclosed quantity of marijuana and cash.

Charged with “Production Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marijuana” is Quang H. Duong, 42, of Toronto.

Van-Ty Duong, 65, of Tay Township is charged with “Production Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marijuana” and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cannabis Marihuana”.

Their first court appearance is in Collingwood on August 1.

A unnamed 44-year-old Brampton man was charged with “Production Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marijuana” and was held for bail court.
