On a summer night in Algonquin, loggers, rangers, friends and lovers gather to share their memories of the Park and its most famous inhabitant- Tom Thomson. Through diverging songs and stories, a new portrait of the iconic painter and his muse emerges. Featuring traditional instrumentation, vocal harmonies and an original score by the Shipyard Kitchen Party, creators of “100 Years From Now”. Directed by Dean Hollin and featuring Craig Ashton, Julie Leblanc, and Dean Hollin. Advance tickets are $30 online at www.bmfa.on.ca, senior and student discounts available.
