Hat contest winner flips switch at tree lighting

Christmas in the Valley festivities continued Nov. 29 with the tree lighting ceremony hosted by the Tree Society of Creemore and CARA. The hat contest winners were Remy Millar (from left), Sophie Jorgensen, and Frida Sopinka. First place winner Sophie Jorgensen had the honours of flipping the switch for the tree lighting.
