Lougheed, Charles Robert Henry

On Saturday, April 7, 2018 we said goodbye to a good man and proud retired Ironworker Local 721. Charlie passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love, laughter and his country music. He is survived by his wife of 34 years Wanda, whom he adored and loved beyond words. Poppa was very loved and will be greatly missed by all of his children, grandchildren and family, including siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews. Charlie was born on October 5, 1937 in Singhampton, Ontario to Islay and Herman Lougheed. At his request, he will be buried with them on May 5, 2018 at 2 p.m. in Singhampton. There will a Celebration of Life to follow at the Singhampton Community Centre. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the House of Friendship in Kitchener, Ontario or a charity of your choice.
