New arrest made in March shooting

New charges have been laid in a shooting that happened in the Township of Clearview back in March.
On Sept. 2, police executed a warrant in Scarborough and arrested 33-year-old Marvin Lattif. He is charged with: robbery using a firearm; Careless use of a firearm; Indignity to a dead body; Attempting to commit murder using firearm; Discharging a firearm with intent; Aggravated assault; Break and enter; Occupying a vehicle known to contain a firearm; and Possession of a firearm in contravention of a prohibition order.
An arrest warrant has also been issued for Rick Christopher Graham, 32, of Brampton, who is facing charges in relation to this case. 
The shooting took place March 2 at a residence on Collingwood Clearview Townline, near 36/37 Nottawasaga Sideroad. A male victim was transported to hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. 
Members of the Toronto Police Service (TPS) located a deceased male that same morning in the City of Toronto, believed to have succumbed to his injuries as a result of the shooting. The deceased has been identified as Rohan Rose, 36, of Toronto. 
A 48-year-old Toronto resident was previously charged in this case.

The investigation is continuing under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) with assistance from TPS.
