Poppy painting sales support veterans

 In Community

Local artist and educator, Sue A. Miller is an official partner with the True Patriot Love Foundation, a charity that offers support and programming to war veterans and their families.

As a child of a Second World War veteran, and having other family members involved in the military, this is a cause that is close to her heart.

The original oil painting of poppies was painted and dated Sept. 11, 2002. Exactly one year after 9/11, to memorialize all who lost their lives on that fateful day, but also as a way of honouring all the men and women who sacrifice their lives to protect us.

Please help Sue support the cause by purchasing this 16″ x 20″ signed, limited edition print for $40.

Half of all sales, until Dec. 31 2018, go directly to the True Patriot Love Foundation for their Stronger Military Families campaign.

Purchases can be made online at https://www.sueamillerart.com/giving-back/.

More information can be found at www.truepatriotlove.com or www.strongermilitaryfamilies.com.
