Reid, Florence Victoria (Smith)

September 4, 1927 – February 7, 2018

Florence Victoria Reid (Smith) passed away peacefully in the evening of February 7, 2018 at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood in her 91st year, loving wife of the late Arthur Reid (December 2003). Loving mother of Daisie (Ken) Gregory of Stayner, Jean Reid of Milton, June (John) Beardsall of Wyebridge and Wm Reid of Collingwood.

Much loved grandmother of Terry (Dan) McIntosh, Cari Schmeler, Adam Schmeler, Kathryn Gregory, Kyle Gregory, Jennifer Reid-Burrell, Jessica Reid-Burrell, Ashley Reid (Greg Wood) and Christopher Reid. Great Grandma is lovingly remembered by her three great grandsons, Sidney and Curtis Storer and Finn Schmeler.

Dear sister of Walter (Bud) and Wilma Smith and brother in law, Jack Teeter.

Mom will be laid to rest in Dad’s arms in a graveside service for family and friends on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Singhampton Cemetery. Followed by a reception at Mylar and Loreta’s (upstairs room – not accessible).
