Tree Society gears up for spring

The Tree Society of Creemore is starting to think about Spring!

We are already working with Triple J Tree Farm to complete the planting of the trees delayed last fall, as soon as possible in the spring!

We are looking for your input as we draw up our plans for this year and future years. We have driven around the village and mapped out places where we can see the potential for trees. But we would like to hear from you with your ideas and suggestions!

Please send us your ideas or contact Liz by Monday, March 12. Our next meeting is Wednesday, March 14 at 7 p.m. at the Station-on-the-Green and you are welcome to bring your ideas to us then as well. In order make sure we can get our spring trees in, we will have to act quickly after that meeting, but we will also be able to plant more trees in the fall.

We would like to thank the Lions’ Club of Stayner for the trees which they gave to our village last fall… we are looking forward to seeing them green up this spring!
