11U Cardinals continue strong start to season

This past Sunday the Creemore Cardinals took two games from the Newmarket Hawks to improve their record on the season to 8-0.

Creemore scored 32 runs on the day with hits from every player in the lineup including five home runs. On the defensive side Creemore pitchers did not allow a hit over the two games.

The day started off with the introduction of the starting line-ups and the National Anthem sung by Isaiah Bell.

The sponsors of Creemore Minor Baseball were also in attendance.From left:  Jim Muzyka from Fennario Meadows, Patrick Charlebois from Creemore Home Hardware, Fred Hamilton from Hamilton Brothers Farm and Building Supply and Melanie Gollinger from Lisle Livestock and Fresh Market.  

This weekend the team takes a break from their York-Simcoe regular season schedule for a tournament in Midland starting Friday night.
