Creemore BIA seeks street décor proposals

The BIA is looking for people to decorate downtown Creemore.

The committee is looking for proposals from people who have creative ideas for seasonal outdoor decorations that would be up before the Santa Claus Parade on Dec. 5 and stay up all winter. The committee has money set aside to pay for the decorations but not enough to pay a professional decorator to do the work.

Past president Corey Finkelstein said the decorations would span beyond the designated BIA – business improvement area – to cover the length of Mill Street.

Because the décor will be on display until March, it shouldn’t have a Christmas theme.
