Bates, Robert Noel Irving

After a courageous battle with cancer, Noel Bates passed away on Monday, Jan. 11, 2016 at his home at the age of 75. Noel of Collingwood, will be sadly missed by his wife Jill, children Dana and Andrew, brother Terry and their families.
