Joyce Millsap (nee Rowbotham) passed away peacefully with family by her side on Sunday February 21, 2016 at Mount Sinai Hospital in her 71st year. Born the only daughter to Wesley (predeceased 1996) and Mabel (predeceased 1999) Rowbotham. Joyce, beloved wife of the late Glenn; proud and loving mother of Glenda (Kevin) Brown, David (Corrie), Lynn (Dan) Gowan, Dean (Lorri), Richard (Tonya) and Christopher (Tammy). Cherished grandmother of Ryan & Brandon Brown, Tate & Jack Millsap, Carlee & Nicole Gowan, Regan & Bryn Millsap, Gabi Millsap and Charlotte Millsap. She will be remembered by sister in law Donna Lowe, brother in law Dennis (Joan) Millsap and sister in law Gayle (the late Paul) Millsap. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Fawcett Funeral Home – Creemore Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 26, 2016 at St. Johns United Church. Spring Interment at Lavender Cemetery. Donations in memory of Joyce may be made to the Collingwood Agricultural Society – GNE, St. John’s United Church or the Creemore Legion. Friends may visit Joyce’s online Book of Memories.
