Twenty-four members enjoyed a very full potluck on Oct. 20  with a very varied assortment of goodies.

June Hartley reported that Marg Hennessy has good news and may be home soon.

Nice to see Betty Bartlett back and we said hello to Lillie Hutchinson who we have not seen in quite a while.

The Christ Church Batteaux ACW is again presenting their Christmas in the Country Nov. 5 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Fifty members were out for cards today and 50/50 draws were won by Lloyd Somerville, Eileen Nash, Sheila Fenton, Peter Gubbels, Ted Underhill, Lillian Hiltz x2, Marg Ferguson and Barb Cudmore.

Eight Moon Shots were played by Joan Olaskey, Peter Gubbels, Lillian Hiltz, Lucy Young, Jim Rigney x2, Leona Hartling with the travel prize to Edith Atkinson.

Winners for cards were Roy Veinot, 289; Marj Thomson, 286; Peter Gubbels, 285; Sherry Lohnes, 281; and low went to John Van Voorst, 68. Lucy Young was in the lucky chair.
