Third arrest made in Clearview shooting

A third man has been arrested in relation to the March 2 shooting at a residence on Collingwood Clearview Townline, near 36/37 Nottawasaga Sideroad. 
On Sept. 15, Rick Graham, 32, of Brampton, was charged with the following Criminal Code offences: Attempting to commit murder using firearm; Robbery Using Firearm; Careless Use of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or Ammunition; Indignity to dead body; Occupant of Motor Vehicle knowing there was Firearm; Discharge firearm with Intent; Aggravated Assault; and Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence. 
Two others had been previously arrested and face similar charges. A third man was found deceased in Toronto that same morning, believed to have succumbed to his injuries as a result of the shooting.
The investigation is still continuing under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) with assistance from TPS. OPP Forensic Identification Services also attended the scene.
