Gorgeous is Giving event Nov. 30

The Gorgeous Spice Company is hosting its second annual online Gorgeous is Giving event on Tuesday, Nov. 30, a food-and-drink fundraiser in support of My Friend’s House shelter for women and children in Collingwood.
The event will feature Gorgeous Spice Company’s CEO Lindan Courtemanche, Mother Butter’s Jade Hansen, Low Down Bar’s Cassie MacKell and Cook Eat’s Maddy Goldberg. Each of the local kitchen talents will be sharing a favourite recipe and doing a demo.
The event is from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with co-host Lizzie Short and online production support from Big Bang Beige.
Tickets cost $20, with all proceeds going directly to My Friend’s House in support of its Champions of Courage campaign.
