Mulmur names Citizen of the Year

Mulmur Mayor Janet Horner presents Carl Alexander with the Citizen of the Year award at this month’s council meeting. Alexander is being recognized for his work with the Bruce Trail Association. Two years ago they set out to get rid of off-roaders and litter at the Pine River Fishing Area. He thanks Tom Taylor and Bryan Cornfield for their help, and remarks that seeing people enjoy the area makes all his work worthwhile.
