Fall Flower Show winners
Creemore Horticultural Society held its annual Fall Flower and Vegetable Show at the Station on the Green on Sept. 20 attracting the largest number of entries in recent memory. The winners were: Sandy McKay (from left) winning the President’s Award for vegetables in a basket; Kate Hunter Badger won the judge’s choice; Linda Kelly won the Decorative Award (experienced); and Katie Kurtin won the Decorative Award (beginner).
Sandy McKay also won a ribbon in the category for weirdest thing in the garden with her strange tomato entry.
