MINDUIK, Eva Eliza (nee Radley) – It is with heavy hearts that we sadly announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and sister Eva Minduik on May 29, 2024 at Campbell House in Collingwood. Daughter of the late John and Hannah Radley. Beloved wife of the late Peter Minduik. Eva will be remembered as the proud and loving mother of Fred (Jacqueline), Betty, Dan (Jan) and Linda (Chris Muir). Cherished grandmother of Andrew (Emilie), Melanie, Marie-Jose, Rachelle (Corey), Aaron, Cassie (Kevin), Hannah and Rebekah and great grandmother of Charlize, Noah, Brooklyn, Cole, Charles, Jessica and Carson. Eva will be fondly remembered by her sisters Grace (the late Graham) Lougheed and Millie (the late Dean) Lougheed, brother John Radley and sister-in-law Jane Radley. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters Fred, William (Elsie), George, Margaret (Arthur) McArthur, Anne (Steve) Balon, Reta (Ivan) Lougheed), Christena and Wilma. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Born and raised on the family farm in Osprey Township, Eva learned about farm life from a young age. She and Peter raised their family the same way, teaching their children the value of hard work. When her children were grown, Eva went to work as Dietary Aide at Sunset Manor, a job for which she was well suited. She loved to cook for her family and friends and was pleased when people left the table full. Eva was kindhearted, caring and straight forward. She will be missed but will never be forgotten. All are welcome to a celebration of life on Monday June 10, 2024, from 1-4 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion – Collingwood. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House in Eva’s memory. Friends may visit Eva’s online Book of Memories at www.fawcettfuneralhomes.com.
