Kittypalooza adoption event returns to GTHS
Georgian Triangle Humane Society’s beloved annual adoption event Kittypalooza returns Nov. 8-9. The event marks the official start of the GTHS’s annual holiday campaign, celebrating 25 years of second chances for pets in need.
The GTHS Animal Centre at 549 Tenth Line in Collingwood will open its doors to all cat lovers both day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering special adoption fees of $75 for kittens and $50 for adult cats. Each adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, up-to-date vaccinations, parasite treatment, and a microchip, ensuring pets are ready for their new homes.
“Kittypalooza is a special event for us and the community,” said GTHS executive director Karen Marsh. “Every cat and kitten that finds a home is given a second chance to experience a loving family and a safe space. We invite everyone to come down, meet our adoptable cats, and take part in this celebration of second chances as we kick off our 25th holiday campaign.”
