11U Creemore Cardinals

The 11U Creemore Cardinals baseball team have started their 2025 season.

This year they welcomed several new players, many of whom are playing baseball for the first time.

They fell to the Everett Eagles in their season opener with a 9-8 loss, but came back strong in Game 2.

They faced the Angus Avengers Team 1 last Friday night for an exciting game. Thanks to a quick play by Gage Kaden as catcher and Mackynzie Jago at first base, the Cardinals displayed their defensive skills with an out-at-first-base and home plate in the second inning.

While Silias Veneziale had a huge hit in the second inning showing that the Cardinals can hit! The game was won when August Amodeo hit a huge double in the final inning, driving in three runs for a final score of 9-7 for the Cardinals.

The Cardinals face the second Angus Avengers team Wednesday, June 11 in Creemore, stay tuned.
