KNIGHT, Eileen (nee Winnington) – Died peacefully at Bay Haven Care Community, Collingwood on Monday, June 30, 2025 at the age of 77. Eileen of Stayner, formerly of Brampton, beloved wife of the late Tom for 49 years. Loving mother of Kevin (Yvonne) and Ken (Melinda). Cherished Nanny of Jessica, Nicole (Dustyn), Emma, Jenna, Kyle, Tyler and great grandchildren Jackson, Isla and Myles. Eileen will be missed by her brother George Winnington and her extended family and friends.
Eileen was an avid gardener, card and bingo player, and enjoyed crafting. She loved spending time with her family and anything involving ice cream. She will be greatly missed.
