It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Evelyn Collins on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie. Evelyn was predeceased by her beloved husband, Cecil Arnold. She will be remembered for her kind and gentle nature, her warm smile, and her wonderful sense of humour. Evelyn treasured time spent visiting with friends and was happiest when surrounded by those she loved. She found great joy in tending her beautiful garden and had a special love for her dogs. Evelyn's warmth, compassion, and quiet strength will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Mansfield Presbyterian Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Evelyn’s memory may be made to Hospice Simcoe.
