John Wayne Beamish March 5, 1950 – Sept. 26, 2026. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Wayne Beamish, who passed away peacefully at home on Sept. 26, 2026, at the age of 76. Born in Collingwood, John was a welder, business owner and landscaper who took great pride in his work. He spent 40 years working in landscaping, where his hard work and dedication were evident in everything he did. John was a man with a love for the outdoors, especially fishing, and cherished the time he spent with his family. Above all, John loved his girls and his grandchildren. His family was the most important part of his life, and he will be deeply missed by his daughters Tracey (Jim) and Tanya (Garry); grandchildren Elisha, Jade, Joseph, Brandon, Bradley and Dustin (Shelley); and great-grandchildren Harli and Franki. John will be remembered for his love of family, his hard-working nature and the many memories he created with those he loved. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in John's memory.
