Creemore peewee team goes 3-0

Creemore’s 13U team moved their records to 7-1-3 on the season and now sit atop the YSBA Standings with 17 points. 

Anson Dupuis moved his record to 2-1 picking up a win versus Innisfil and vulturing a win Saturday in Collingwood. Tyler Higginson was the player of the game against Collingwood, showing off a strong arm from behind the plate, throwing out three base runners. Seth Shakell had a three-run first inning double in Wednesday nights 18-3 win over Orillia, in which the team banged out 20 hits. Dresdon Dupuis picked up the win.

The 11U team came up short in a 6-5 loss to Bradford this past Tuesday . Lukas “Judge “ Bennington had a two-run single to pull the Braves close but a game ending double play stifled the comeback.

A great crowd was on hand for the senior teams Father’s Day game versus Clearview. Free dogs, cold drinks and a Bryan Post home run were the highlight in a 15-3 loss. The Bolton Brewers brought the best record (and lineup) into Gowan Park on Tuesday night and were baffled by Tom Gateman through 4 innings. A well played 2-2 game quickly turned into a 15-2 Braves loss after a 13 run 5th inning, which saw Bolton hit three home runs.
