Creemore Arts Fest – The Great Story Exchange

The Great Canadian Story Exchange is a 30-minute interactive storytelling event that invites audiences to connect through the sharing of personal stories and set a new Canadian record. Led by acclaimed storyteller and bestselling author Tracey Erin Smith, the event begins with a lively talk and mini-workshop on the history and power of storytelling, drawing on Tracey’s experience hearing thousands of people’s life stories and teaching them how to bring those stories vividly to life.

Creemore will be the first town in Canada to set the record. Before the event, each person receives a numbered wristband so the total of storytellers can be tracked, announced and recorded.

The challenge will then be for a new Canadian host town or city to break Creemore’s record…where it all started!
