Creemore Horticultural Society’s Summer Flower Show will be held at Station-on-the-Green on Saturday, July 16, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.

This year, along with a wonderful showing of summer flowers straight from members’ gardens, there will be some other exciting features. The centrepiece this year, artfully arranged by groups of members, will be of different eras displayed as small vignettes. These, of course, must be accompanied by a suitable floral accent.

But that’s not all! Included in the show is a Community Display titled “Broken Pot Gardens.” So don’t throw out your broken pots! Instead make them into a cool garden. Be creative. Need some ideas? Pinterest and Google have good suggestions. Have fun but start your garden soon. Try for a great prize.

Bring your creations to the Station on the Green on Friday, July 15, between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to have them put into an exciting display ready for the Saturday show.
