Five area libraries each have an established author defending a Canadian book they feel passionate about.  There are great discussions and good-natured competition and may the best library win!  

Each library’s chosen author defender hopes to convince fellow defenders and audience members of their books’ merit in a live debate. The winning defender brings home a trophy for his or her library.
