Come on out for a whole new spin on Blue Mountain’s end of season Retro Pond Skim. Throwing it back to the 1960’s Jozo Weider set up a water ski cable system to ski the Mill Pond, and this year you can too! Come skim 400’ across the Mill Pond with the help of the Sesitec System 2.0 straight line cable while helping raise money for The Blue Mountain Village Foundation. The Mill Pond will be open from 10am-6pm for participants to test their luck at skimming across in their retro outfits.

Participants must register in advance online with a $20 donation to the Blue Mountain Village Foundation.

Equipment including a life jacket, wakeboard or water skis are included** in your registration and can be picked up at check-in in front of the IWA Spa in the Blue Mountain Village. Masks and 6’ physical distancing are required, Retro costumes are highly encouraged!

The Blue Mountain Village Foundation supports local charitable organizations located in southern Georgian Bay (including Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, Town of the Blue Mountains, Meaford, Duntroon, Singhampton, Kimberley & Creemore) whose mandate supports youth and families.

**Participants are welcome to bring their own waterski or wakeboard equipment. All personal equipment must float.

Check In: Please check in 15minutes in advance of your pre-booked timeslot to receive your equipment and be ready for your allotted time.
