Middlebrook, Hazel passed away peacefully on Monday July 5, 2021 at Blue Mountain Manor in her 98th year. Hazel, beloved wife of the late Dalton. Loving mother of Earl (Laura), Dennis and Sandra (Wayne) Rowe. Forever cherished grandmother of Shannon, Lisa (Sal), Garrett (Liz) and Linda, great grandmother of Reilly, Jordyn and Charlotte. Hazel was predeceased by her siblings Ross, Nelson, Wilfred, Ronald, Verena and Alma. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday July 13, 2021 at Creemore Union Cemetery. Due to covid restrictions attendance at the service is limited, please use the funeral home website to RSVP. The service will also be available by livestream.
