Nottawa diaper problem in the pail

Huronia West OPP were advised by Clearview Township staff that over the last several months they had found used diapers in the stands at the baseball diamond in the village of Nottawa and that they continued to find them even after the baseball season was over.

After an extensive investigation, with the assistance of the OPP Emergency Response Team the Huronia West Crime Unit, the male responsible was located in the Town of Collingwood on Dec. 3.

Charged with mischief is William C. Moreland, 24, of Collingwood. He is scheduled to appear in Collingwood court on Jan. 17.
