Station Café pleased to welcome new Ukrainian families

On Tuesday, July 26, the Station Café was pleased to welcome two new Ukrainian families to our village. It is difficult to imagine the hardships that they have encountered, but smile they did, and patiently answered our polite enquiries. I am so proud of our small village and the warmth and caring nature of everyone in the room. Hopefully we will carry on the support of these two families and their sponsors. The Station Café, held at Station on the Green Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to noon, is a great place to meet old friends and welcome new ones.
