Street closure helps businesses, reprieve from motorcycles

Thank you to the BIA for shutting down Mill Street on [Saturdays]. Not only will it help businesses, but motorcycle traffic, that’s just cruising in and out, will be deterred. Imagine being able to sit and enjoy a coffee or dinner in peace, on a patio without vehicles whipping past. We can even stroll safely down the street maintaining social distance rather than choosing between dodging traffic or squeezing by someone on the sidewalk.
Instead of avoiding Mill Street, we can support our local businesses in a festive, fun, communal atmosphere. So much safer for everyone!
