Copper Kettle Festival is back on August 27, coinciding with Creemore Springs Brewery’s 35th birthday.

Entertainment begins at 11 a.m., when the Beinn Gorm Highlanders Pipe and Drum Band parades down Mill Street.

The line-up continues with Golden Feather at noon, Born in the Eighties at 1:30 p.m., the Redhill Valleys at 3 p.m. and headlining is Terra Lightfoot at 4:30 p.m.

Lightfoot’s album New Mistakes was long listed for the Polaris Prize in 2018, and was nominated for a Juno for adult alternative album of the year. She is now touring in support of her 2020 album Consider the Speed.

There will also be entertainment on the new stage at Creemore Village Green, beginning at 11:30 a.m. with the Romney Getty Duo, Meredith Moon at 1 p.m. and The Sidewinders at 2:30 p.m.

Throughout the day, there will be a classic car show, makers’ market, and brewery tours.

There’s also activities for children provided by darci-que and Imaginarium from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
