Writer prefers to live in a country where government fears the people

I do not agree with John Wiggins’ opinion on guns.

Alcohol has probably done more harm to society than guns. I do not believe responsible drinkers should be held accountable for the irresponsible drinkers, same for gun owners.

Wiggins says, “live free of fear”. Soldiers went to war to fight corrupt evil government run by Adolf Hitler. He registered, confiscate guns, leaving many of his own people to live in fear. It cost the lives of 55 million people to win back freedom, good men and women on both sides.

Cain did not need a handgun to kill his brother, Abel. Guns did not invent murder.   

I prefer to live in a country where government fears the people, not one where people fear the government.

The patterns of history are repeating. The clouds of evil in the world are forming again.

Look at the dishonest, arrogant provincial government and people who turn a blind eye to what they are doing. Windmills, you can relate to. Do you want to be a Chamberlain or a Churchill.
