1) Impounded for seven days and towing… who pays?

2) Emergency clean-up and EMS charges… who pays?

3) Does insurance cover this? If not… who pays?

4) Possible pending lawsuit by victim… who pays?

The Clearview taxpayer pays. That’s who. Scary question is, how much and will Clearview council be transparent and open about it?
