Warren, Robert (Bob)
WARREN, Robert (Bob) – After suffering a stroke on July 31st, from which he could not recover, Bob drew his last breath on August 10. He was 86.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Kay, their many nieces and nephews whom he loved, and by friends he cherished.
Bob was born March 8, 1939 to Walter and Sarah Warren of Newfoundland, the middle child of five and predeceased by all.
Bob taught in North York where he ran an innovative program in Design and Technology before moving to Duntroon.
Known locally as “the car guy” Bob will also be remembered for his athleticism, his wide range of interests including music, history, and physics, and for his ability to fix anything.
Thank you to the staff at RVH in Barrie, and especially Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood for their superb care and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Campbell House or a charity of your choice would be much appreciated.
