From the Hack: Snow may have been swirling outside, but things were heating up on the ice Monday night as Gayle Millsap stole the show with a spectacular last-shot win over team McKay.

The Crawford and Fuller teams curled to a friendly tie, while Harvey’s rink picked up a win over Verstegen in another well-played game.

Plenty of great shots and good laughs made it a fun snowy-night gathering at the club.

From the Hack: On Monday, Team Loranger got off to a great start against Team Beelen, by taking the first three ends with six points. Then the tide turned! Marty, Ed, Deb and Lawrie fought back by scoring in the next four ends and securing a tie coming home. Despite their best efforts, Team Loranger managed the eighth end perfectly to score three and claim the win. Team Gallaugher easily got past Team Lambert. 

On Wednesday, Joan, Rita and Al put on a curling clinic, easily beating Team Loranger, and allowing for an early coffee. Good curling everyone!
