From the Hack: It was an exciting night on the ice, with both early games coming down to the wire. Skips McKay and Crawford sealed their wins with their final shots. It was great to see Mel back out on the ice in Creemore.

In the late draw, Marie was on fire from the first rock, and Gayle capped things off with a TSN-worthy highlight-reel shot in the final end sneaking through two tight guards to score.

From the Hack: Taking inspiration from the Olympic curling trials last week in Halifax, Teams Loranger and Lambert came out on Monday with one thing on their minds – winning! Unfortunately for Teams Beelen and Gallaugher, they easily accomplished their goals! 

On Wednesday, Teams Lambert and Loranger were tied at seven, coming home.  Al made a lovely draw shot with his first stone, which Michael couldn’t remove, allowing Team Lambert the close win. Marty, with the help of his team, secured a victory over Team Gallaugher. Good curling everyone!
