As part of the third annual Nonprofit Appreciation Week, Dufferin Community Foundation is hosting a breakfast event to recognize the people who work for our local charities and nonprofit organizations.
Morning Glory – Nonprofit Appreciation Week Breakfast on Feb. 15 will be a celebration for nonprofit staff and their supporters – a rare chance to connect with others in the sector, enjoy some well-deserved recognition, and be uplifted by inspiring entertainment and delicious food.
There will be live food stations by Lavender Blue and Maple Grove Farm,
entertainment by Noni Thomas from Streams Community Hub, and special drinks and treats from Sheldon Creek Dairy, Pita Pit and Quest for Cakes. Watch for local dignitaries and a special appearance by Town Crier Andrew Welch.
The event was made possible through a Dufferin County Community Grant and the use of the venue was donated by the Town of Mono.
The event will be held at Monora Park Pavilion, 500 Monora Park Road, Mono, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tickets cost $25 and are available at business. dufferinbot.ca/events.
