October 30, 1961 – December 12, 2017

Debbie McGuigan (Lawson). Wife of Ian. Daughter of William and Mary. Sister of Brenda, Kevin, Tommy, Sadie and Bernadette. Mother to Shannon, Terry and Nicholas. Grandmother to William, Daniel, Olivia, Addison, Cassidy, Grace, Abbigail, and Zachary. And a great friend to many many more! Debbie passed away peacefully in the morning of December 12th 2017, from her long battle with Parkinson’s, at Creedan Valley Nursing Home in Creemore. She was comfortable and surrounded by loved ones.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 16th at the Creemore Legion from 1-4 p.m. Please no flowers. Donations to The Creemore Legion Ladies Auxiliary or the Creedan Valley Nursing Home Resident Activity fund would be appreciated; two things she held dear to her heart.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Creedan Valley Nursing Home for their above-and-beyond care, kindness and love given to Debbie during her time there.
