New Lowell Legion supports Cybergnomes

The Cybergnomes Robotics Team of Clearview, hosted a spaghetti dinner and silent auction on Feb. 22 at The New Lowell Legion to raise funds for their robotics projects and competitions. One of the exciting highlights of the evening was the unveiling of the Cybergnomes’ newest robot, built by the team. Nicknamed “The Guillotine”, the Cybergnomes are very proud that their new creation performs faster and more responsive than previous robots they have built. The Cybergnomes plan to enter “ The Guillotine” in an All-Ontario Robotics competition in St. Catharine’s on March 2. Above: Rose and Chuck Arrand of The New Lowell Legion presented the Cybergnomes Robotics Team with a cheque for $1,000.
