Explore the paranormal with library guest

 In Events

You are invited to share stories about encounters, sightings, and engagements with ethereal spirits with staff of Clearview Public Library and Melissa Martin from The Ontario Paranormal Society on Saturday, June 28. Martin will be our guest at the Library Outreach Booth located at the Creemore Farmers’ Market from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., she will be sharing her ghostly experiences and gathering your stories on the lawn in front of the Creemore branch. (In case of inclement weather, she will be inside, with a special display of hauntings.)

If circumstances permit, we will walk the heritage plaque route or investigate a site of paranormal interest. This is a novel way to draw attention and gather information for our local history collection located in each of our three branches of the library.

Michele McKenzie is deputy CEO of Clearview Public Library.
